Spreadsheet in, invites out
Import the roster you have. Names, phones and emails are cleaned and duplicates caught before anything is saved. Then one tap emails everyone their invite; for a member with only a mobile you get the words, link and code to text from your own phone. The invites page shows who opened, who signed in, and reminds the rest.
Photo day
Pick a meeting, pick a helper. The helper gets a page, not admin rights. Two minutes per member at the door. The dashboard shows photo coverage until it is done.
The printed directory
A PDF of the whole club with photos, honoring every member’s visibility choices, for the members who will never install an app. The same members get the Friday email.
Who is coming to the meeting
Every meeting is on the calendar from your schedule. The headcount asks members two days before, by push and email with one-tap answers, and the kitchen gets a number. Add the dinner, the fair, the picnic.
Messages that reach people
A notice or a meeting recap with the minutes attached goes to the app and to email. Mark it “everyone, now” and it adds push, and a text to the members who turned texts on. You see how many it reached, who it did not and why, and you can send again to those who have not opened it without naming anyone.
The fair’s shifts
Stations, times, how many are needed. Copy a day once it is right. Members sign up on their phones, workers get a reminder the morning of, and you can print the schedule.
Proposed members
A member proposes someone, others second, the club votes at a meeting, you record it, and the invite goes out. The prospect is never in the directory until they are in the club.
The handover
Rights belong to the office, not the person. The new secretary takes over by taking the office, with the date recorded. No password changes hands and nothing is lost.
