Terms of service
Effective October 6, 2026.
1. Who these terms are for
“Omnoti” is the service at omnoti.com, app.omnoti.com and in the Omnoti apps, operated by Omnoti in the United States (“we”). “You” are a person using it. A “club” is the organization whose space you use. An officer who starts a club in Omnoti or accepts these terms for it does so on the club’s behalf and confirms they may.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you sign in.
- You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number or email. Keep that phone and inbox safe; anyone who can read them can sign in as you. You can sign out any device under Me → Devices.
- Your account is yours. One account can belong to several clubs.
3. The club’s part
- The club decides who is on its roster, who is in its directory and games, and who holds which office. Members may ask to be left out, and the club must honor and record that request.
- The club is responsible for collecting its members’ information lawfully and for what its officers do in Omnoti. Omnoti keeps a log of officer actions for the club’s own use.
- The club may export its roster at any time and must do so before it stops using Omnoti if it wants to keep it (section 8).
4. What you may not do
- Copy the directory out of Omnoti to sell, market to, or contact members for anything other than club business.
- Use anyone’s photo or details to harass, impersonate or deceive, or upload a photo of someone who has not agreed to be in the club’s directory.
- Run any face detection, recognition or analysis on photos obtained from Omnoti.
- Probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or try to reach another club’s space.
We may suspend an account or a club that does these things, and we will say why.
5. Your content
Your photos, recordings, facts and notes stay yours. You give Omnoti permission to store, resize and show them within your club as the product does, and nothing more. You can delete them at any time. You are responsible for what you post about yourself and for having the right to post it.
6. The service, as it is
We work to keep Omnoti available and correct, and we tell you about changes that matter. Omnoti is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranty, and our liability to you or a club for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount the club paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if nothing was paid. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.
7. Fees
There is no fee today. If a fee is introduced, it will be agreed with the club in writing before it applies, and no member is ever charged individually.
8. Ending
- You may leave a club or delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; the club’s roster keeps your name and dates only.
- A club may stop using Omnoti at any time by telling us. We give it 30 days to export its roster and then delete the club’s space.
- We may end the service with 90 days’ notice to every club, with the same 30 days to export.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, every club is told by email before the change takes effect and this page shows the new date.
10. Data-processing terms for clubs
These apply between a club and Omnoti for the personal information in the club’s space.
- Roles. The club determines why and how its members’ information is used (the controller). Omnoti processes it only to provide the service as described in the privacy policy and on the club’s documented instructions, which these terms and the club’s use of the admin pages are (the processor).
- Sub-processors. Those listed in section 4 of the privacy policy. We tell clubs before adding one, and a club may object within 30 days; if we cannot resolve the objection, the club may end the service under section 8.
- Confidentiality and security. The people who run Omnoti are bound to confidentiality. The measures in section 7 of the privacy policy apply.
- Members’ requests. The app lets members see, download, correct, limit and delete their own information. We help the club with any request the app does not cover, within 30 days.
- Breaches. We tell the club without undue delay when we learn of a breach affecting its members, with what we know and what we are doing.
- Audit. On request, no more than once a year, we describe our measures and answer the club’s reasonable questions in writing.
- Ending. When the club stops using Omnoti, we delete its space after the 30-day export period in section 8, except what the law requires us to keep.
11. Text messages
Omnoti sends text messages from one US number, under the program name Omnoti, and only to a phone that asked for them:
- Sign-in codes, each time you ask for one with your mobile number.
- Your club’s urgent messages, the ones its officers mark “everyone, now”, once you turn on Club messages by text under Me → Learning & reminders. Texts are off until you do. Turning them on is your consent, and one text confirms it.
What the switch looks like, and the words beside it, are shown at omnoti.com/texts. Omnoti does not text invites or anything else to a number from a club’s roster. A secretary may send you an invite from their own phone; that text is theirs, not Omnoti’s.
Message frequency varies: a code when you ask for one, and a club message when an officer sends one, which is rarely. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. STOP turns club texts off in every club you belong to, and your carrier then holds back Omnoti’s texts, sign-in codes included, until you reply START; you can sign in by email meanwhile. For help, write to hello@omnoti.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How Omnoti handles your number is in the privacy policy.
Questions about these terms go to hello@omnoti.com.
