Omnoti Get started

A visitor comes back when someone remembers their name.

People stay where they have made friends, and a friendship starts with a name. The hard part is the third Sunday, when you have been introduced twice and cannot ask again. With Omnoti a member can look the face up quietly, or learn it before Sunday comes.

A round: four faces for one name, the wrong tap marked and the right face held on screen with the right name

Two minutes a day

The game shows a face and asks who it is. When you miss, you see the name with one line about the person, and that face comes back a few days later.

The Learn tab: five people to review before the meeting, and the member's own counts

Nobody is embarrassed

What you miss is private. There is no ranking of who knows the fewest names.

For the church office, or the volunteer who keeps the list

Start with one class or one group, or bring the whole congregation.

From your spreadsheet

Upload the list you have. Omnoti straightens names and numbers, catches duplicates, and shows you every row before it saves anything.

Photo Sunday

Pick a Sunday and a helper with a phone. About two minutes a person at the door, and members can add their own photos too.

Groups

Choir, deacons, a Sunday school class, the men’s breakfast. Members can browse the directory by any of them.

Suppers and workdays

An event has a headcount and shifts to sign up for. No regular meeting is required.

Notices

A message goes to the app and to email, and you see who it reached.

A printed copy

One click makes a PDF for the members who want it on paper.

What people ask first

“Is it doing anything with my face?”

No. Photos are stored and shown, and nothing is ever computed from them.

“Who sees my address?”

Whoever you choose: everyone, the people who run the directory, or nobody. Phone, email and birthday have the same choice.

“Will everyone manage it?”

There is no password. A member taps the invite, types the code from their email, and is in.
