Omnoti Get started

A new member decides in the first few months.

They were proposed, voted in and inducted. Then they sit down at a table where everyone else has thirty years together. They stay if people greet them by name. Omnoti shows the secretary each newcomer and how many members already know them, and it brings the newcomers into everyone’s rounds a few at a time.

What a member sees

The directory: a grid of members' photos with names and committees, and a search box

The whole club in your pocket

Photos, names, spouses, jobs, committees and offices, and a tap to call or text anyone.

A round: four faces for one name, the wrong tap marked and the right face held on screen with the right name

Two minutes a day

The game shows a face and asks who it is. When you miss, the name stays on the screen with one thing to remember the person by.

The Learn tab: five people to review before the meeting, and the member's own counts

Ready before lunch

On meeting mornings you get a short round of the people you will see that day, newest members first.

Built around the way a service club runs

Each of these is there if your club uses it, and out of the way if it doesn’t.

Proposed members

A proposed member is seconded, voted on, inducted and then invited, and the sponsor is recorded. Nobody appears in the directory before they are a member.

The weekly headcount

Members say whether they are coming with one tap. You and the kitchen see the number, guests included.

Attendance

The greeter marks who is here at the door. Each member sees their own record, and the club sets the policy it is counted against.

Shifts for the fair or the pancake breakfast

Set up the shifts. Members sign up on their phones and get a reminder that morning.

Your officers, your titles

President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, named the way your club names them. Rights belong to the office, so the July handover is one change.

The printed directory

One click makes a PDF for the members who will not install anything.

What members ask first

“Is it doing anything with my face?”

No. Photos are stored and shown, and nothing is ever computed from them.

“Who sees my phone number?”

Whoever you choose. Phone, email, address and birthday each have their own setting.

“Half our members are over seventy.”

There is no password. A member taps the invite, types the code from their email, and that phone stays signed in for a year.
