Once or twice a month is not enough to learn a name.
You meet on the first and third Tuesday. A member you sat beside in March is a stranger again by May. A few faces a day on the phone keeps the names between meetings, and a short round on meeting day covers the people you are about to see.
It uses your titles and your calendar
Nothing in it assumes a weekly lunch.
Your titles
Exalted Ruler, Worshipful Master, Grand Knight, Commander, Adjutant. You name the offices, and the right to run the roster goes with whichever office you say.
Your meeting nights
First and third Tuesdays, the last Friday, every other week, or no regular meeting at all. Reminders and the meeting-day round follow whatever you set.
Dinners and fish fries
An event has a headcount and shifts. Members answer and sign up from their phones.
Dues
Who is paid up and who is not, for the officer who keeps the books. Members see only their own.
New members
Proposed, voted on and recorded before they appear to anyone.
The printed directory
One click makes a PDF for the members who want paper.

A member’s page
A photo, one line to remember them by, where they are from, and whatever contact details they chose to share.

Meeting day
A short round of the people you will see tonight. Your misses are private.
What members ask first
“Is it doing anything with my face?” No. Photos are stored and shown, and nothing is ever computed from them.
“Who sees my phone number?” Whoever you choose. Phone, email, address and birthday each have their own setting.
“Our members don’t do passwords.” There isn’t one. A code comes by email, and the phone stays signed in for a year.
Bring the roster you have.
Any spreadsheet will do. Omnoti straightens it and shows you every row before saving. Questions go to hello@omnoti.com.
