Omnoti Get started

Looking a name up is not the same as knowing it.

You look someone up, say hello, and by the next meeting the name is gone again. Names are learned by being asked for them, a little at a time. That is what the round does, and it is why the photo comes first everywhere in Omnoti.

The directory: a grid of members' photos with names and committees, and a search box

A directory, photo first

Faces with names under them, spouses, jobs and committees. A member can have any number of phones, emails and addresses.

A round: four faces for one name, the wrong tap marked and the right face held on screen with the right name

The part a directory doesn’t have

The game shows a face and asks who it is. A missed name comes back sooner, a known one later, and on meeting mornings you get the people you will see that day.

Moving takes an evening

You do not retype anything.

Bring your export

Export your contacts and upload the file as it is. Omnoti finds the columns, fixes capitals and phone numbers, and catches duplicates.

See every row first

Nothing is saved until you have looked at it.

Invites by email

One tap sends them. Members sign in with a code and never make a password.

Photos

Plan a photo day at a meeting, or let members add their own. You see who is still missing one.

The members table after an import: who has a photo, who has signed in, and each member’s contact details and tags.

What members ask first

“Is it doing anything with my face?”

No. Photos are stored and shown, and nothing is ever computed from them.

“Who sees my phone number?”

Whoever you choose. Phone, email, address and birthday each have their own setting.

“Is there a leaderboard?”

No. What you miss is yours alone.
